Law Firm Mgr. Milan Chytil offers its clients many years of experience with Czech and international law. We will represent you before courts or other authorities and prepare legal assessments and analyses, draft contracts and provide legal consultancy in various forms.

Although our law firm tackles many problems in various areas of law, we specialize in:

• corporate law: matters concerning commercial companies including their incorporation, changes and liquidation, including drafting of founding documents and their changes by a notary, transfers of shares, changes in share capital;
  
  
• civil law: drafting, reviewing and revising of contracts, including the drafting of deeds relating to changes and termination of contractual relations and securing of obligations; debt recovery, including representation in court proceedings; property rights, co-ownership, neighbor relations, easements, pledges, lease, housing law, securing of real estate transfers, including lawyer´s escrow of funds;
  
  
• securities law: promissory notes, drafting of securities trading contracts, drafting of applications for promissory note payment orders and representation in court proceedings;
  
  
• insolvency law: preparation of petitions for declaration of bankruptcy or debt relief, filing of claims in insolvency proceedings, representation in insolvency proceedings, including representation in incidental disputes;

• family law: legal representation in divorce proceedings and settlement of matrimonial property, legal representation in issues concerning upbringing and maintenance of minors, adjustment of maintenance obligations, establishment/denial of paternity, representation in adoption proceedings, including adoptions with an international element, surrogacy;

Lawyer´s fee: We provide legal services for a fee in accordance with Decree of the Ministry of Justice No. 177/1996 Coll., on lawyer´s fees and remuneration of lawyers for the provision of legal services (lawyer´s tariff).
